The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Regulation (EU) 2016/679, is the European Union’s data protection law. It sets rules for how personal data is processed and gives individuals rights regarding their personal data.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, receive data you provided in a portable format, or object to certain processing. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the GDPR.

How to make a request

To ask a question or submit a data protection request to EstateVerseX, use the enquiry form on our home page and say that it is a data protection request. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to respond. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
