Why buy off-plan with EstateVerseX

  • The developer is the seller

You deal with the company that builds the project, with its name and previous launches open to inspect.

  • Staged payment plans

Developers set their own plans, often spread across the construction period. Each project page shows its plan.

  • A new home, your choice of unit

New buildings, current layouts and a wider choice of residences than a resale market usually offers.

  • A published handover

The handover is part of the project’s listing, so you can plan around it from day one.

Straight from the developer. Clear from day one.

How it works

From first enquiry to handover, in four steps

Buying a home that is still being built raises fair questions. Here is how the process runs, and where we help.

  1. Tell us what you want

The emirate or area, your budget, the number of bedrooms and whether you are buying to live in or to let. A few lines are enough.

  2. Compare real projects

Every project page shows photographs, the developer, the residences with their sizes and starting prices, the payment plan and the handover date.

  3. Choose and reserve with the developer

Once a project fits, you reserve a residence with the developer under the payment plan it has set for that project. We explain each step before you take it.

  4. Follow it to handover

Your home is completed on the developer’s timetable. Ask us anything along the way, from the build stage to what to prepare for handover.

Questions

Before you buy off-plan

Straight answers to what buyers ask first. Anything missing? Put it in your enquiry.

What does buying off-plan mean?

You buy a home from the developer before it is finished, working from the plans, the unit layout and the developer’s payment plan. The home is handed over on the date the developer has published for the project, and each project page shows its stage and handover.

Do I really buy directly from the developer?

Yes. Every project we show names the developer that is building it, and the purchase is made with that developer. Our job is to help you find the right project, understand its residences and payment plan, and ask the right questions before you commit.

Can I buy if I live outside the UAE?

Foreign buyers can purchase property in the UAE in designated areas, and the rules differ by emirate and by project. Tell us where you are based and which project interests you, and we will explain what applies before you go any further.

Where do I find prices, residence types and payment plans?

On each project’s own page: the starting price, the residences on offer with their sizes, the payment plan, the developer, the area and the handover. Those pages are kept current, so we do not repeat figures that change anywhere else on this site.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

We read what you are looking for (the emirate, the budget, the kind of home) and reply with projects that fit it. You can ask anything about a project, a developer or the buying process before deciding on a next step.

Which emirates do you cover?

The projects on this site are in Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain. Each has its own guide page, and the Projects page lets you browse them all in one place.
