Its debut project, Fairmont Residences Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, is a collaboration with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts (Accor) to develop 519 apartments, townhouses and beachfront villas alongside a 250-room Fairmont hotel (opening late 2028).
